Germain Iulius. He learnt to adapt from a young age, he grew up with parents who claimed heritage links with hundreds of years ago to a lost and forgotten kingdom.
His early and late childhood was largely spent in his family run book store. He would devour non-fiction texts in a large range of subjects. When free he would explore the middle regions of Hydpis City with friends and discover abandoned areas.
He achieved excellent results in education largely through self-study but his interest was in ergonomic design. As a teenager he would strip apart family furnishings and rebuild steering systems in his parents vehicles to make them more accessible and comfortable to use.
There have been unsubstantiated rumours that he was subject to an anomolous event and he vanished off-planet for a period of five years after he finished his secondary school studies. All research into this topic was sealed off by order of the World Government.
He served briefly for a short time in the organisation known as The Faclity of Myth Reduction where he received private training from Professor Alexa. He was awarded a substantial amount for operating on one of their missions before he used the funds to kick-start his own personal venture.

Germain openly discusses the benefits of augmentation and improvement of the human form without taking short-cuts or losing sight of what actually makes up a person.
Among his staff he has recruited from all branches and ways of life including those who have been selected as representives for the Park of Gaia. He is open to creative ideas and appreciates hard work but has little tolerance for closed minded employees.
