The war against the Dark Lord ended fifteen years ago. Victory was certain until a last revenge was activated and a magical virus spread across the victorious soldiers, killing or turning those infected into inhuman monsters.

The Kingdom of Nurburg looked prepared to fall until a minor Goddess of Light Aliza rose to power within the sole capital city and provided magical protection to all within.

The Kingdom of Nurburg remains in peril unless the source of the corruption and the last remaining traces of the magical virus are eradicated and destroyed.

All attempts to cross the ravaged lands and the the final stronghold and resting place of the Dark Lord have failed so far.

Time is running out as other outside forces hunger for the land, population and resources of the weakened kingdom.
