[BODY ESCAPE]

We created the destruction of our own civilisation.

Fitting really that we were torn, ripped and eaten by a creation of our own desires.

There are other kingdoms out there but we lost contact with them a long time ago.

Due to our…cultural differences they hated us.

Some of our people escaped but…they never returned.

We’re talking decades ago when I last received written communications.

Or the Guardian Deity made its way across the oceans between us and wiped them out before returning here.

Our deceased ruler should have been overthrown on account on her madness gone too far.

I believe the movement revolt against the Empress should have started far earlier. Too little, too late.

Still, at least the Empire is gone eh?

Time to eat something. I hunger for…something fresher.’

[Claude talking to a survivor in the broken remnants of the Empire of Ever-Flesh.]

Once there was a giant that roamed the land, devouring entire villages, towns, and castles.

A brave hero rose up and slew the monster according to the legends. The body fell to the ground dead creating earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and tidal waves that devastated the world.

The gigantic body of the monster began to slowly rot but the land that it had fell on was abandoned and declared a living disaster due to the sheer amount of insects and creatures that swarmed to slowly feed on the flesh of the decaying creature.

That was five hundred years ago and the island has been abandoned.

Until a strange visitor arrives.

Claude was on a business boat trip until he was caught in a storm and washed up on the shores of this new land.

He struggles to survive but all attempts to leave the island are forbidden by the survivors of the lost Empire.

Only one path remains to him. A prophecy whispered in the villages by fallen Nobles and Villages alike.

He must find the remains of the giant, consume the flesh of the brain and heart to gain enough power.

To enhance his body and become more, a gigantic creature capable of leaving the island must live again.
