The Bephus World Government was formed out of continual conflict.
Major corporations and subsidaries took on larger roles reducing the need for direct government intervention. The political system is largely self-regulating.
Under Belphus World Government control, all citizens are provided:
- Universal Basic Income
- Non-Restricted Immigration Status
- Education and Language
- Full Environmental Protection Rights
Normal Citizens of standard Belphus planetary realities are not aware of the existence of The Tourism Board and will never encounter it except as a random minor anomolous event.
