There was no former records of the mid-20s white haired, golden eyed twins Med and Ika, but they emerged from a remote island complex with a massive amount of funding, resources and seemingly advanced medical technology easily replicated.
All medial staff operating from their remote island complex either remain fully enclosed within protective sterile suiting in red and white or are operated remotely as drones.
Records and investigations from various organisations and representatives of the Belphus World Government indicate they are completely human but with minor differences in their genetic structure.
They began to distribute and provide healthcare solutions and services across the planet without any intention of profit. All requests for investment or cooperation with corporate entities have been denied.
Direct visits to the remote island complex are on a par with the main Park of Gaia. All technology becomes inoperable within five miles and up to five hundred miles above the island.
All connections with the Park of Gaia Guardian Board have been met with firm denials and the desire to keep all citizens of Belphus healthy and alive while treating all simple and complex medical treatments accordingly entirely for free.
There were rumours of corporate illegal intrusion but there are no viable records on file. All that is known is that the twins are in their early twenties, do not age, possess brilliant white hair and golden eyes.
An investigation by Belphus organisations such as NISRO or the FOMR have returned with negative results.
There are zero traces of CAMPIN tech or supernatural elements and given how the twins have willingly provided key medical technology for free use even for corporate purposes the situation remains stable.
The only request is that all of their personnel inside the sealed sterile suits are not exposed to the public in the interests of their personal health and privacy.
Vague rumours came out of the medical workers from their remote island who were kidnapped and forcefully removed from the suits only revealing sterile piles of dust within. All further attempts were discontinued.
